Scheduling
We recommend scheduling your spa appointments a minimum of two
weeks in advance for the widest selection of services and
appointment times. However, we will do our best to accommodate you
at any time. At the time of booking, spa services will be secured
with a credit card.

Etiquette
We respect the right to privacy and quiet for all of our guests.
In order to support a relaxing atmosphere, we ask that all cell
phones and pagers be turned off or left at the front desk. The spa
offers each client a chance to get away from the day to day hectic
schedule. Please be aware that we do not have accommodations for
young children. We also ask that you maintain quiet conversations
in all areas of the spa.
Comfort
For your comfort, luxurious robes, slippers and lockers will be
provided for your visit. Special attention and careful draping for
privacy, comfort and relaxation are observed during all body
treatment and body massage services. Shower facilities are
available for your convenience, please check with the receptionist
when booking your service appointment.
Cancellations
Spa services are extremely popular. While we certainly understand
that your plans can change, the treatments you select are reserved
especially for you. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to
avoid being charged in full. This policy allows others to enjoy
our services, as well as recognizing the value of the time or our
talented spa technicians.
